Vishoka Meditation~ Yoga of Inner Radiance
Discover a meditation practice that uses a sequence of precise techniques to unite mind and breath. We’ll start with gentle movement to awaken the body and breath work to cultivate healthy breathing. Then we’ll dive into the 3 steps of Vishoka Meditation encouraging the mind to rest and be nourished in it’s home base ~ the body.
Vishoka Meditation is the legacy of a long line of masters from many wisdom traditions. This class is for beginners and experienced meditators alike who are interested in deepening their practice.
Carrie is a physical therapist, a craniosacral practitioner, RYT 200 and Certified Meditation Instructor through the Himalayan Institute. She is the owner of Carrie Ruffner Body Balance in Geneseo where she combines Eastern and Western medicine to support you in optimizing your health and wellbeing.
